Meeting Title: 21c Hotel Lexington Tour and Christmas Party
Meeting Details:

21c Hotel Lexington Technical Tour and Christmas Party at Lockbox

21c Lexington is housed in the Fayette National Bank building, located in downtown Lexington’s Historic District. The 15-story building, the city’s first skyscraper, was originally designed in 1913 by architects McKim, Mead, and White - famous for the American Academy in Rome and parts of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building represents the Beaux Arts International style of architecture, drawing inspiration from Neoclassical and Greek Revival design. The Main Street building originally housed the First National Bank & Trust Co., and the property continued to be used as a bank into modern times. The building consists of four separate buildings that were collectively combined into one. Come join the December tour and view the unique architecture and mechanical systems that bring 21c to life. ASHRAE will be touring the central water source plants, pressurization systems, domestic water systems, dedicated ventilation systems, and more.

Afterwards, come join us for the annual bluegrass chapter Christmas party at the Lockbox for happy hour and hors-d'oeuvres! Downtown Lexington has several parking garages available nearby, 230 W. Main Street garage is directly across the street below Proof Fitness.
